Chicken & Egg, Jakarta, Indonesia – Which came first?
Inspired by the Urban Chick, the restaurant matriarch featured in wall murals, the design for Chicken & Egg sets a vibrant tone for this local neighborhood venue with a focus on all things poultry.
With a cheeky nod to Jakarta’s chickens, the project was brought in on schedule within 4 months. So really, they both came first…
Elements Four Seasons Riyadh – A Culinary Oasis in the Desert Kingdom
The design features stations arrayed to create an exciting path of culinary discovery. Action stations bring cooking out onto the restaurant floor and the journey is full of surprises.
Stations highlight pastry, sushi, and salad, while a hot line features Middle Eastern and Indian specialties.
Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck – Dallas, Texas – Taking the Rotating Restaurant to new heights
The circular space, 560 feet above street level, comes to life with revolving floor plates and the ever-changing 360-degree view.
An ultra-contemporary, illuminated glass bar with stylish lounges allows guests to experience incomparable food, beverages, and service in comfort and style. Subtly individualized dining zones support intimacy and interaction.
Elena & Pony Line, Four Seasons Buenos Aires – Argentine Kitchen
Elena showcases the rich signature blend of Latin American and European influence found only in Buenos Aires. A central kitchen and courtyard inspired restaurant glows with the fire of an open kitchen.
A dramatic black and white marble path pass through kitchen and pantry to link the restaurant with Pony Line, an elegant mixology lounge that is a second home to Argentina’s equestrian legends.
Fixe – Austin’s Southern House, Austin, Texas – Southern Sunday supper, crafted for a new generation of chefs and storytellers
At Fixe, the food and design are inspired by “Southern Sunday Supper”. The restaurant takes architectural cues from the typology of a Southern home and celebrates Austin’s trendsetting culinary scene. Like a choreographed play, guests are treated to a private Library, intimate Parlor, and a traditional Breezeway.
A screened Porch anchors the center of the restaurant with a homespun feeling while the open kitchen and floating bar make guests feel welcome and part of the action. Hand-crafted details, repurposed materials, and heirlooms comingle with authenticity to express a unique balance of modern and vintage.
